How many buses do you have?

We have two buses currently, but are actively looking into further expansion.

Can I see the buses before booking?

Absolutely, please contact us at 920.475.7506 to setup a time that will work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Our insurance meets all Federal DOT requirement. We are inspected yearly by State Troopers for compliance.

How far in advance can I book?

Generally speaking, we allow bookings up to one year in advance due to market and pricing fluctuations. We may make case by case exceptions. A non-refundable security deposit will hold your event/party bus date.

Can you cross state lines?

No, we are NOT an interstate company.

What cities do you serve?

Our Party/Charter bus company will travel throughout Wisconsin but primarily serve ALL cities and towns in Outagamie County, Brown County, Waupaca County, Shawano County, Calumet County, and Winnebago County.

Is there a minimum number of hours for the event/part bus rental?

Yes – we have a 3 hour minimum. **Certain events may have other requirements.

Do you have WiFi?

Unfortunately, we do not have at this time.

Can we smoke on the bus?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited on all party buses and will be subject to a fine.

Can you drink alcohol on the bus?

Yes, alcohol is permitted on the vehicle long as EVERYONE on the bus is at least 21 years old. If there is a mixed group of both 21+ and under 21 on board, alcohol is NOT permitted.

Can you supply us with alcohol?

No. It is strictly BYOB. You are welcome to bring whatever beverages you would like onto the bus.

Can we bring food on the bus?

Yes. You are welcome to bring any dry food or snacks. However, we do advise against hot food or messy food as the bus moves around during the ride and it can be very difficult to eat. Spilled food or difficulty cleaning may require an additional fee.

What happens if my guest gets sick in the bus?

Our sick fee is $200 per incident, so please make sure you let your guests know this is something that you will be holding them responsible for if you have to pay this cost. Unfortunately, we only have our contract with one person, and we require security deposit that will be applied if necessary.

Am I financially liable for the groups behavior?

Yes. Our contract for service is with YOU so we will charge YOU for any damage charges or additional cleaning fees due to sickness or excessive time required to clean party bus after your use. So please make sure you let your guests know you are financially liable for their behavior and they should behave well or you might be passing any additional expense you incur on to them. 

What payment methods are acceptable?

We will accept cash and prefer electronic payment with Venmo. We will accept Paypal and other all major credit/debit cards for a fee. Security deposits are required to held the date and full payment of the event/party bus is due the day of the event PRIOR to departure.

How much should we tip the driver?

Similar to restaurants, 20% is considered a full tip. Party/Charter Bus Drivers are hosts as well as drivers. Driving a party bus full of people partying, drinking, playing loud music and generally having a really good time is a skill. Drivers also do a lot more than just drive. They clean between stops and make accommodations and requests as reasonable as possible.

What is the cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations within 72 hours of your event/party bus rental are 100% charge. This however can be used as a credit for service in the future, up to 60 days from the date of cancellation.
